By requesting work you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to turn down prospective work for any reason with no obligation to provide an explanation.

Listed prices are general base prices, price may differ with complexity of work requested and other factors.

I may be available for ongoing work outside of the initial contract, but I cannot guarantee availability.

I am available for work on websites that include adult-oriented artwork, however, I must follow Carrd's Content Policy on this matter. Please see the Sites Including Adult-Oriented Artwork section for more information.

You certify that you have the necessary rights for usage of any assets transferred to me for use in the work. If crediting is required for any assets, you must specify. I will not be liable for any assets you provide, nor will I be liable for ensuring they are properly credited.

You are not required to credit me, but you may not take credit for any work done by me.

After completion of website(s) and transfer to a Carrd account of your designation, you may freely use the website for personal and/or commercial purposes (subject to the terms of your Carrd account and any applicable laws).

You or anyone you designate may alter the work once it has been completed and transferred to you. I will not be liable for any changes made by you or others after transfer.

I retain the right to showcase the work in progress and the completed work in my portfolio and on my social media accounts unless otherwise negotiated up-front. If you do not want me to showcase the work in my portfolio we must negotiate terms, typically including a 100% increase in price.

You may not use the work in any way to train any AI (LLM, machine learning, etc) or use the work in any capacity in relation to NFTs and/or cryptocurrency.

Unless specifically negotiated otherwise, no template will be used in the creation of your website nor will any part of your website be used to create a template.

Work for original website(s) will be created in Carrd using my Carrd account and will be transferred to the Carrd account of your choice upon completion. The website(s) will be created to be compatible with the Carrd plan you choose before the start of work. If, upon completion of work, you are not able to provide a Carrd account capable of accepting the transfer there will be no refund.

A deposit of $100 or 50% total cost, whichever is greater, is required before work begins.

Invoices will be sent by PayPal unless otherwise negotiated. I reserve the right to decline other method of payment.

Payments are non-refundable.

The only time a refund may be issued is if I have been unable to start or make progress on work requested for an excessively long period of time outside the scope of our initial agreement AND the delay is due solely to factors on my end.

No refunds are issued for delays caused by factors on the client(s) end.

The website(s) will be created to be compatible with the Carrd plan you choose before the start of work. If, upon completion of work, you are not able to provide a Carrd account capable of accepting the transfer there will be no refund.

Per Carrd's Content Policy, adult-oriented artwork is only allowed on sites belonging to the artist/creator as long as the artwork does not depict activity considered to be illegal.

This means you will need to have a Carrd Pro Lite Plan or higher before work begins so that you can give me editing access to the site(s) on your account.

You are responsible for following any applicable laws regarding all adult-oriented content on the website(s). I am not responsible for advising you on legalities and will not be liable for any harm or legal issues arising from content on your website(s).

A simple yes or no style age verification portal will be provided as needed. If you have more complex needs, they must be communicated and discussed before work begins.
